Worst customer service ever!
they canceled part of my order without notice and I can’t use the rest items because it’s their food save vacuumed set. I’d rather they cancel all of the order! Their costumer service keeps saying sorry but nothing else, they asked me to reorder it but it’s way more expansive than the price I purchased! Now I need to sent the shipped items back with delivery fee! Why should I waste my money and time because they’re technical issues!

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Received a damage block with $800 knife set. Returned and ordered another. I had to pay return shipping on the damaged set! They said they will eventually send me a gift card for the postage. Been 1.5 months since they received and I still have not received a refund. Have been told numerous times refund will come soon. Also the knife quality has gone way down, same exact butcher knife model # weighs over an ounce less than my original from 10 years ago. $300 knife feels like a $50 knife, no weight at all.

I purchased a long-slot toaster from…
I purchased a long-slot toaster from Zwilling but heard nothing from them for a week after which I emailed them for information on stock and shipping. I received an email back but this was a standard form letter that really gave me no information on my purchase. It was several emails later when I learned it was on backorder.
I finally received the toaster three weeks later but the disappointment was soon to set in. The function controls were mechanical and the function did not always respond, when finally, the toaster lifter, which was motorized, became stuck on the bottom of the toaster slots. I contacted Zwilling as this was under warranty for a replacement or a refund, they then requested a video or photograph, which to my mind was just a stalling tactic. I did not comply but requested a replacement or a refund. Zwilling then requested me to return the item at my expense for a refund, this being a defective product, I felt they should replace it at no cost to me, or refund me my purchase amount, as of yet, we are deadlocked. To return this item at my expense and be refunded would leave me with less than 50% of my purchase amount, this is not right, and no decent company would expect this. Considering the experience I have had with this company, I certainly would not recommend them, their business practices leave a lot to be desired not to mention the loss of your purchase amount.

Don’t order from them.
Ordered around Black Friday and it’s been over two months and no information about my package. They said that there’s been an inventory discrepancy and that if there was no shipment past 30 days I would get a refund. It has been well past 30 days and I have not received an update much less a refund. Don’t order from this company. Slow and sloppy customer service. They have “fast and reliable shipping” on their website however it’s quite the opposite.

Would not recommend this company. Clearly states, hassle free returns. Not the case at all. Bad customer service, would not facilitate an exchange and did not make the return process easy. You need all the original packaging and pay shipping. Misleading advertising

This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, I have been trying to get a warranty item for eight months and still I don’t even have an update or an ETA on when I should be getting it, save yourself from this company and never order anything it is the worst service I’ve ever received

Cermaic Staub bakeware-great pice and quick delivery
i did have to make a call to get email order confirmation-phone number on website for customer service is wrong- i had to try different extenson combinations and left a message but once someone called me back got email confirmation of order and items sent quickly and delivered in perfect condition- was a Christmas gift and they love the set

This company is the worst to deal with
This company is the worst to deal with. I purchased a set of knives that came different pieces. It’s been over a month and I’m still waiting for them to return my money. All the companies refund 5-7 day.
Why is it taking that long to refund my money. Never ever deal with this Zwilling company

Order Never Fulfilled
I ordered a product from them on November 24, 2022;
ORDER NUMBER: CA-ON-00249625
ORDER PLACED: NOVEMBER 24, 2022
Zwillings "claimed" to have inventory. They did not. I called in mid December and spoke to a gentleman named "Kay". It was then that he insisted Zwilling's was experiencing internal ordering issues and that the product I had ordered was indeed, NOT IN INVENTORY! Was this just another arrogant tactic by a LARGE business that is so desperate to get their hands on your order that they would invent/supply any excuse to gain your business dollars? Pathetic display of arrogance!
Today is January 12, 2023, and after waiting 49 days for order fulfillment, I cancelled and now done with Zwilling forever! I will NEVER order or purchase any of their product offerings from this day forward. Sometimes businesses get precisely what they have bargained for. Ta-ta....

Run!
Run! Do not waste your time or money on this company. I made a purchase and the items arrived broken 3 different times, once I finally got the completed set, upon cooking with them they broke. I contacted Zwilling for replacement & they keep giving me the run around. They won't contact me back or refund my money. I wish I had never purchased from them. I have had this issue since November 2022. Still no resolution. I bought these dishes in May of 2022. Took months to even get items that weren't broken upon arrival and then when I finally got to use them they break.

Don't waste your money or time
Don't waste your time with this company as you may end up filling a dispute with your credit card company, as I recently did. They did not ship the order nor refund me. What a cheater!

Not worth the pain if there are ANY problems
In May I ordered a cast iron fry pan. A week later I received a package - a spoon rest.
I immediately advised them of their error, they said to send it back and when they received it they would send the pan.
Every month I would exchange an email with Customer Service who would claim that they had processed the order and it would be sent within 10 days.
In early December 2022 I told them to send it or issue a refund (the third time I did so). They did not so I went back to my credit card to file a dispute against the charge.
I have ordered a few knives from them that were great and came in on time. But when things go sideways they have no recovery. Just not worth it.

NEVER again. EVER.
Just read the reviews. I wish I had. Multiple bad reviews do not lie. They have a return policy BUT, you have to pay shipping back to them. Shipping was over half of what I paid for these items. No thanks. Zwilling got this business from me but NEVER again and I will be telling others to NEVER order from this company.
